My name is Carley Mead, I’m originally from Pagham and came to Rose Green Infants when I was little, along with my brother and sister.
I’m a Mum to Sophia, she’s in year 1 and Erin who will be starting school in September.
Before I became a Mum I worked in the travel industry, firstly on ferries, then charter flights and finally Japan Airlines, where I stayed for 14 years and became a senior flight attendant. I was lucky enough to travel and see a lot of the world, and yes I do speak some Japanese!
I’m currently the PTA secretary. I enjoy my role immensely. I get great pleasure from seeing the children’s enjoyment at the events we run, whilst knowing we are raising funds for the school at the same time.
My name is Sarah Francis. I am originally from Hertfordshire but have lived in the Pagham area for about 11 years now.
My background is in Financial Services. I worked in retail banking for many years as a Financial Advisor before moving into Commercial Finance. I have two children, Adam who is 8 and Tom who is 6. When Adam was born in 2007 I gave up my job in London and have since worked part time in a bookkeeping role. Both my children have attended Rose Green Infant School and I have been a regular parent helper here since 2011. In addition I am currently Treasurer for the school’s PTA and am actively involved in all our fundraising events. I have recently also taken on the role of Parent Governor.
Everyone is part of the PTA and is welcome to attend our meetings. Have you got a really good fund-raising idea or something fun you think the children or parents would like to do? Would you like to make some new friends and have a more active role in the PTA? or perhaps you have a contact in a local business who might be able to help us?
The PTA would love to hear from you.
Thank you so much.
We have been selected to receive funding from the Co-op Local Community Fund. It means that we will get a contribution towards the ceramic artist who is coming in later this term to create a number line with the children. But we need your help. The more support we get, the more funding we could receive. So if you're a Co-op Member log in to your Co-op Membership account and choose us. If you're not a member, please join and support us!
This is the Early Years Area.
